Customer Survey

     Many of the customers are satisfied and some of them are not satisfied. There have a two reason of the customer are satisfied with the KFC and two reason of customer that are not satisfied.

    The reasons for the customer are satisfied with this franchise because the service is faster than other franchise. When they order the food, it will immediately ready the food and the food still hot and make customer fell tasty when eat the food. The second reasons are make people satisfied with the franchise is the food is delicious because it has a secret recipe that make people like to go the franchise.

     The reasons for the customer are not satisfied with the franchise is the food of franchise is there are not have a lot of food to customer make a choice. The second reason that make customer are not satisfied with the franchise is because of the distance between the table and chair from other table and chair is to narrow.
